This building is located on Khlibopekarska Street. This street was formed in the second half of the 18th century, when the stationary bakeries were built here. In the 19th century, residential houses began to appear along the road. The street was named Khlibopekarska. In Soviet times, it was renamed. Only a few years ago, the street was returned to its old name, given the modern spelling.
One of the bakery buildings has survived to the present days. The Chernihiv District Court is housed here today.
