There are three moments in the Kotsiubynsky Museum House: two monuments and one bust. The most interesting is the full height monument, where he sits at the entrance to his own garden in the shade of fir trees. The sculptor was Florian Kotsiubynsky, the writer's grandson.

The bust of the writer is on the territory of the house-museum. It was made by sculptor Ilia Hintzburg, who met Kotsiubynsky on the island of Capri. Hinzburg undertook to mold the writer, but did not manage to finish it, because of his own death. His students did the work after him. Some people still notice that some details in the sculpture are different.
