History of the holiday
For the first time the day of kindness was created in Japan in the city of Tokyo. On November 13, 1998 it was decided to introduce the celebration of the Day of Kindness. Gradually, more and more countries joined the celebration.
The quote of the Day of Kindness is belong to the words of the great American classic Mark Twain: "Kindness is something that the deaf can hear and the blind can see."
